  • Account Information: Store name, owner username, password hash, and optional email address.
  • Billing Records: Invoice details, transaction amounts, payment modes, and items catalog created by you.
  • Settings Data: Custom currency choices, discount percentages, and layout choices saved locally or linked to your account.

3. Desktop Printer Helper Privacy

Our Desktop Printer Helper companion app is built with absolute local security in mind:

  • Local Processing: The utility runs entirely on your local machine on port 9100. Your raw receipt and invoice contents are processed locally and sent straight to your physical printer.
  • No External Cloud: No invoice data or document files are uploaded to our servers by the Printer Helper.
  • Origin Validation: The utility only accepts commands from localhost or whitelisted sites verified by the owner.

4. Data Security & Payments

We employ standard industry security protocols to keep your information safe:

  • Session Security: We use secure, HTTP-only, SameSite sessions to protect user logins.
  • Password Hashing: Passwords are encrypted using standard secure hashes (BCrypt) before database entry.
  • Payment Processing: We use Paddle as our third-party merchant processor for recurring subscriptions. To complete your transaction, necessary payment data is securely shared with Paddle. Please refer to the Paddle Privacy Policy for details.
  • No Financial Data Storage: No credit card information, CVVs, or payment passwords are processed, seen, or stored on our servers. Paddle handles all payment operations and security compliance.
